Exercise tips:
• Exercise For at least 45 minutes. Brisk walking is better.
• Walking uphill burns more calories than walking on a firm surface.
• Always remember – Warm up for five minutes before walk and take five minutes at the end to cool down.
• Cross training helps lose weight more efficiently.
• Hydrate well before, during and after exercise.
Weight Loss tips:

- Don’t eat too many fruits at one meal. Eat fibre rich fruits.
- Take 4-5 simple meals instead of 2-3 large meals. Learn to eat slowly.
- Drink more water to keep body and skin fresh.
- Never skip a meal especially breakfast.
- Take complete control over your eating habits.
- Reduce sugar and meat intake.
- Eat fruits and vegetables instead of refined fast foods.
- Set a realistic goal for optimal weight.
- Nothing is impossible if you have strong desire to achieve it.
