• Exercise For at least 45 minutes. Brisk walking is better.

 

• Walking uphill burns more calories than walking on a firm surface.
• Always remember – Warm up for five minutes before walk and take five minutes at the end to cool down.

 

• Cross training helps lose weight more efficiently.
• Hydrate well before, during and after exercise.

  • Don’t eat too many fruits at one meal. Eat fibre rich fruits.

 

  • Take 4-5 simple meals instead of 2-3 large meals. Learn to eat slowly.

 

  • Drink more water to keep body and skin fresh.

 

  • Never skip a meal especially breakfast.

 

  • Take complete control over your eating habits.

 

  • Reduce sugar and meat intake.

 

  • Eat fruits and vegetables instead of refined fast foods.

 

  • Set a realistic goal for optimal weight.

 

  • Nothing is impossible if you have strong desire to achieve it.
